We’ve decided to bring our  popular grain free and fermented food cooking workshops to Brisbane. These are fun, interactive workshops where you will go home with a wealth of information, a belly full of food and you can take home your own creation of fermented vegetables to share with your family. We also holding our Belly Talk 101 seminar where you get to discuss all manner of things including, body ecology, different dieting theories, how food affects your mood and much more.
