How Rojas Colon Hydrotherapy® may support you
People often book when they want support with...
Listening to your body
When your body feels stuck, heavy or out of balance
People explore colon hydrotherapy for many different reasons. You may be looking for support with your digestion, preparing for a wellbeing reset or simply wanting to feel more connected to your body.
Your practitioner will discuss your health history, current concerns, expectations and whether the treatment is appropriate for you.
Digestion and elimination
You may be experiencing constipation, irregular bowel habits, sluggish digestion or discomfort.
Energy and clarity
Some clients visit when they feel heavy, sluggish, fatigued or disconnected from their usual sense of wellbeing.
Whole-body wellbeing
You may be exploring the connection between digestion, hydration, skin, mood, hormones and overall balance.
Cleanses and wellbeing resets
Colon hydrotherapy may form part of a broader cleanse, fasting, practitioner-led protocol or personal wellbeing plan.
Rojas Colon Hydrotherapy® is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Individual suitability and experiences vary. Please speak with your practitioner or healthcare provider if you have health concerns.
The Rojas difference
More than a colonic session
Rojas Colon Hydrotherapy® is a carefully developed, body-responsive approach that prioritises comfort, hydration, education and connection.
Rather than using a rapid or forceful process, the Rojas Technique uses slow, guided fill-and-release cycles. Your practitioner remains present throughout the appointment, responding to your comfort, breathing and body cues.
Gentle
The process is adjusted around your comfort and how your body responds throughout the session.
Guided
Your practitioner stays with you, explaining the process and supporting you throughout your appointment.
Educational
Sessions may help you become more aware of hydration, digestion, elimination and bowel habits.
Whole-body focused
The approach recognises the relationship between digestion, hydration, the nervous system and overall wellbeing.

The Bottoms Up story
A community built around listening to the body
What began as one clinic has grown into a connected network of practitioners, educators and clinic owners across Australia and New Zealand.
Founder Suzy Wilson developed the Rojas Technique through decades of clinical experience, education and a deep belief that meaningful care begins by working with the body rather than against it.
Today, Bottoms Up Colonics supports clients, practitioners and clinic owners through Rojas Colon Hydrotherapy®, professional training, ongoing education, wellbeing programs and a growing clinic network.
“The human body is an extraordinary system. When we listen to it, support it and work with it, meaningful change becomes possible.
Suzy Wilson Founder, Bottoms Up Colonics
