Port Melbourne wellness journey

Dallas Sulcas

Clinic Coordinator and Certified Colon Hydrotherapist

Born in South Australia, Dallas was brought up eating well and living an active lifestyle. As she grew up, however, her lifestyle, places of residence, jobs, and eating habits changed, and so, her gut health, energy, and mental health deteriorated. She sought medical and alternative advice and found nothing was working… She was at a loss for what to do. Dallas then tried colonics, and since her first session, she hasn’t looked back. She found answers and a beautiful support network. From there, she began her colon hydrotherapy training and is now guiding others to become their healthiest and best!

Jazlyn Bennett

Certified Colon Hydrotherapist

Jazlyn is a certified colon hydrotherapist with a deep passion for gut health and holistic wellness. She holds a Diploma of Health Science, where she built a strong foundation in human biology, nutrition, and herbal medicine. Currently, she is expanding her expertise through a Bachelor of Nutrition Science to deepen her understanding of how food and the body interact. Her journey into colon hydrotherapy began with her own struggles with digestive health. As a former client herself, she experienced firsthand the transformative benefits of this therapy, which inspired her to train and support others on their own healing paths. Jazlyn believes gut health is central to overall well-being, impacting every system in the body. By improving digestion, we improve energy, mood, immunity, and quality of life. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Jazlyn cooking up nourishing meals, traveling, or enjoying a round of golf. Her approach to health is grounded, encouraging, and real — summed up perfectly in her personal philosophy: “You don’t need to do everything at once. Just take little steps.”
