Working night shift for 14 years and understanding the link between shift work and health issues motivated me to focus on my health. I've always had passion for gut health, prioritising my mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Turning 50 and struggling with age-related symptoms provided opportunity to redefine my life and future. Now a fully qualified Colon Hydrotherapist, I love educating and supporting people in gut health. I have passion for helping people, empowering them to live healthier, happier lives. When my gut is healthy, I tap into incredible satisfaction, fulfilment and happiness.

Coralie comes from a health background studying a bachelor of health. She has a passion for gut health after her own journey facing unresolved histamine and allergy issues. Colonics were integral into her healing and is a passion. She loves witnessing changes in clients as they cleanse.
