Shirley is a qualified Rojas Colon Hydrotherapist, having stepped into this work after seeing the impact of the therapy and feeling drawn to learn more. When the opportunity came to train in Auckland, she took the step, and through the process, experienced the benefits of the therapy for herself. That personal experience has fueled her desire to now support others in their own health journey through the foundational principles of gut health and how hydration impacts every part of the body. With a background in supporting people with additional needs, Shirley brings a nurturing presence into the clinic. She naturally creates a space where people feel at ease, supported, and encouraged. Shirley is committed to walking alongside clients in a simple and caring way, helping them feel comfortable as they take steps toward looking after their health.
