Selena Daly – Clinic Owner and Certified Colon Hydrotherapist

Selena began her journey with colonics when she was 21 after being diagnosed with a range of gut related illnesses including leaky gut, systemic candida overgrowth, parasite infections, nutritional malabsorption, weakened immune system, hormonal imbalance, and anxiety. Her return to wellness and healing took about two years and involved changing her eating habits, regular weekly colonics, supplements, probiotic rich foods, and ferments.

Selena believes that colonics saved her life and is extremely grateful that she found the missing piece to her puzzle. This is where her love, passion and drive for her work comes from.

My partner Dan & I moved here with our son, last year from the Sunshine Coast. We’ve quickly fallen in love with the area and are always out camping, fishing and exploring.

My interest in health started in my early twenties as I had some skin and gut issues. While researching my issues and seeing a naturopath a I realised I had a passion for health – particularly gut health. When the opportunity came up to train with Selena and the Bottoms Up team I jumped on it.

Now I’m combining my knowledge with this incredible training to help people to feel their best.
