Shipping
At checkout the amount you will pay for shipping your products will be calculated and included in the total cost. This the final cost that our clients will be charged.
We will generally use Aramex Couriers. If you wish to obtain a quote from Aramex prior to placing your order, please visit their website directly.
Orders received on business days are usually dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Orders will only be sent out on business days when our couriers operate.
Please bear in mind that our parcel service providers do their best to deliver goods on time and in a timely manner, but this is not a guaranteed service.
Unforeseen events take place including storms, other diverse weather conditions, accidents, public holiday delays and human errors.
Once the shipment has been collected by Aramex, we no longer have control over the shipment and how long delivery will take. Delivery speeds will usually vary depending on your delivery location; metro, regional or remote. Please ensure you give yourself enough time to allow for unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to all purchases from Bottoms Up Colonics, unless stated otherwise.
1. Customer satisfaction is our priority
At Bottoms Up Colonics, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We offer refunds & replacements in accordance with the Australian consumer laws and on the terms set out in this policy.
Please read this policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights as well as what you can expect from us in the event you are not happy with your purchase.
2. Australian Consumer Law
We offer refunds & replacements in accordance with Australia Consumer law.
The Australia consumer law provides a set of consumer guarantees, which protects consumers when they buy products & services.
3. Change of Mind
We do not offer any refund if you simply change your mind, buy the wrong size or colour, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.
Customers are always entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if a consumer guarantee is not met. The remedy you’re entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.
4. Products damaged during delivery
In the event that a product you’ve ordered is damaged during delivery;
Please contact us no later than five business days after the date of delivery.
Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging.
We will organise to replace the damaged product, or to provide a refund, provided that you contact us within time timeframe of; five business days from the date you received the product.
5. Exceptions
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this policy, we may refuse to provide a replacement or refund for a product or service you purchased if;
You misused the said product in a way, which caused the problem.
You knew or were made aware of the problem before purchase.
You asked for alterations to be made to a product against our advice.
Fermented Foods: Uses all new ingredients in each batch. As ingredients may vary in taste and colour, depending on seasonal produce and availability, Along with the fermentation process itself allowing variance of taste with each batch, We do not offer a return or refund for these reasons.
6. Response time
We aim to process any requests for refunds or replacements within 10 business days.
7. How to return products
You must contact us using the details at the end of this policy.
We will process any refunds in the same form as the original purchase. This might be cash, cheque, money order or electronic transaction. They won’t give you the refund in cash unless that’s how you paid them.
