Inside out happiness subscription box – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Inside Out Happiness Subscription Box(“the Subscription”). By enrolling in the Subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription and Billing – Our billing cycle operates on a four-payment cycle, where a payment of $19.95 is automatically deducted from your credit card every week until four payments totalling $79 have been received.

2. Delivery – Every month, a product will be sent out to your registered address, please ensure that your address details are current. In case of any issues with the received product, please contact customer service promptly.

3. Cancellation and Refund – You have the right to cancel your next subscription box anytime before your current box is shipped out. Once the first payment for a new box cycle ($19.95) is received, you will be obligated to complete the remaining three payments for that cycle, even if you choose to cancel the service.

4. Refund Policy – We do not offer refunds for payments already received. Upon cancellation, no future charges will be applied, but any charges already incurred are non-refundable.

5. Amendments to the Terms – We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Regularly reviewing these Terms is recommended to stay updated on any alterations.
