Cancellation Policy
At Bottoms Up Colonics, we want to make it as easy as possible for clients to manage their appointments while ensuring others in need can access care in a timely way.
If you can’t make your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another client and ensures our hardworking therapists are compensated for their time.
Because each clinic operates independently, cancellation fees and conditions may vary. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a fee determined by the individual clinic.
We understand that emergencies can happen. If something unforeseen arises, please contact your clinic or therapist as soon as possible so we can work with you to make suitable arrangements.
